Hi,
My name is Jim Overend and I won the raffle yesterday.  I was glad I won and glad I was able to donate the proceeds back to your organization. I think you are doing  very valuable work.

I saw a report the other day that you may want to look into. It was about an anti rpg system called Monitor that, in pentagon tests, has a 98% success rate in defending vehicles and their occupants against attack from rocket propelled grenades. The numbers are based on results fron 5 separate pentagon tests but the pentagon refuses to purchase the system. The reason given by the program is that Monitor, which is an Israeli developed system, will jeopardize the development of a pentagon system that the pentagon admits wll not be ready for five years. If this is true it is a despicable situation. If you were not already aware of this I thought you might want to be. If I can help let me know.
